About Me:

Hey, I'm Jeanna! I have loved movement all my life. I played volleyball in my early years, began weight lifting in 2021, became a yoga teacher in 2023, and an NASM Certified Personal Trainer in 2025! Somewhere in the mix of all that I managed to herniate a disc in my lower back that took me on a long road of recovery.

That Injury left me at a loss. My body soon became unrecognizable, both in looks and in how I felt. Not just the pain from the disc, but also aches and pains from becoming so immobile. I was unable to complete daily tasks with independence, none of my clothes fit, and I hit an all time high on the scale.One day I decided enough was enough, and I took back my life by creating a long term sustainable plan for my health. No short cuts, no quick fixes, no cheating myself. I knew I deserved a pain free life full of movement and joy. The beginning was hard, my chronic pain made it difficult to want to get in the gym, and quite honestly I was scared I would only injure myself further.Once I started feeling and seeing the overwhelmingly positive difference in myself after implementing a science backed fitness routine, I knew I wanted to help other women change their lives for the better. I began pursuing my personal training education from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and obtained my certification in 2025.Eager to help as many people as possible, I began coaching women online who are just like you. I hope my story is both an inspiration for growth and a reminder that you CAN do this, even if it feels impossible.
